Palawan: Puerto Princesa & Underground River

Puerto Princesa is a pleasant city where you can find handcrafted souvenirs and great food. The main attraction of the area is the Underground River. In 2011 it was comprised among the 7 Wonders of Nature by UNESCO and consists in a river flowing inside an extraordinarily long cave, that can be explored with a boat for 4.3 km.

Visayas: Siquijor and Dumaguete

Siquijor Island is surrounded by a very beautiful coral reef, ideal for snorkeling, and white beaches. It also has a "magic" reputation thanks to its famous sciamans. Nearby there's Apo Island, famous for its world-class diving and Dumaguete, the small pleasant capital of Negros Oriental.

Bicol Region is located at the southeast of the Luzon Island, the same island of the the capital Manila. Mayon Volcano (2,463 meters) shapes this very iconic Filipino lansdscape, thanks to its very symmetrical cone making a stunning postcard landscape in the area.
